Promotions and New Team Members

The asset management part of our business has experienced significant growth over the last 24-months. A primary contribution to this growth has been from the work of Chris Barberini. Chris has over a decade of experience. In addition, he has served as an investment advisor at the firm for over seven years. I couldn’t be more excited to elevate Chris as the Director of Wealth Management. Chris is a diligent investment advisor with a solid financial and tax planning background. Additionally, as we prepare for continued growth, Chris will oversee any new investment professionals hired by the firm, ensuring that our standard of care stays intact.

As previously mentioned, we no longer contract seasonal tax professionals. In 2019, I established Lakeshore Tax Consulting Group, Inc., enabling the firm to hire full-time tax professionals. Last fall, Rolando Intia, CPA, joined the firm as a Senior Tax Advisor. Rolando has extensive experience in preparing individual tax returns, having spent over a decade at the largest tax preparation company in the world. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Far Eastern University (Manila, Philippines) and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
